महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-25, verse-8

आसामायतनेत्राणां सुस्वराणां जनार्दन ।
मनःश्रुतिहरो नादो मनो मोहयतीव मे ॥८॥
8. āsāmāyatanetrāṇāṁ susvarāṇāṁ janārdana ,
manaḥśrutiharo nādo mano mohayatīva me.
8. āsām āyataneṣṭrāṇām susvarāṇām janārdana
manaḥśrutiharaḥ nādaḥ manaḥ mohayati iva me
8. janārdana āsām āyataneṣṭrāṇām susvarāṇām

8. O Janārdana, the sound (or wailing) of these long-eyed, sweet-voiced women, which steals away the mind and hearing, seems to bewilder my mind.
