महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-122, verse-33

ततो द्रुपदमागम्य सखिपूर्वमहं प्रभो ।
अब्रुवं पुरुषव्याघ्र सखायं विद्धि मामिति ॥३३॥
33. tato drupadamāgamya sakhipūrvamahaṁ prabho ,
abruvaṁ puruṣavyāghra sakhāyaṁ viddhi māmiti.
33. tataḥ drupdam āgamya sakhpūrvam aham prabho
abruvam puruṣavyāghra sakhāyam viddhi mām iti
33. Then, O lord, having approached Drupada, I (Drona) addressed him as a former friend, saying, 'O tiger among men (puruṣavyāghra), know me as your friend!'
