महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-122, verse-28

स समासाद्य मां तत्र प्रियकारी प्रियंवदः ।
अब्रवीदिति मां भीष्म वचनं प्रीतिवर्धनम् ॥२८॥
28. sa samāsādya māṁ tatra priyakārī priyaṁvadaḥ ,
abravīditi māṁ bhīṣma vacanaṁ prītivardhanam.
28. saḥ samāsādya mām tatra priyakārī priyaṃvadaḥ
abravīt iti mām bhīṣma vacanam prītivardhanam
28. O Bhīṣma, that pleasing and amiable friend, having approached me there, spoke these words that fostered affection.
