Whatever actions (kriyāḥ) for worldly advancement (abhyudaya) are possible (śakyāḥ) for a living being (jīvatā) to perform (kartum), he, having completely forsaken (samatikramya) all (sarvāḥ) those (tāḥ), remains established (avasthitaḥ) in the smallest divisions of time (nimeṣādiṣu).
