योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-75, verse-36

उत्फुल्लकिंशुकवनैरुड्डीनैरिव वाऽऽवृतम् ।
और्वेण चावृता आसन्फुल्लाशोकवना इव ॥ ३६ ॥
utphullakiṃśukavanairuḍḍīnairiva vā''vṛtam ,
aurveṇa cāvṛtā āsanphullāśokavanā iva 36
36. utphullakiṃśukavanaiḥ uḍḍīnaiḥ iva vā āvṛtam .
aurveṇa ca āvṛtāḥ āsan phullāśokavanāḥ iva ||
36. (saḥ viṃdhyaḥ) utphullakiṃśukavanaiḥ uḍḍīnaiḥ iva vā āvṛtam (āsīt) .
ca phullāśokavanāḥ aurveṇa iva āvṛtāḥ āsan
36. The mountain (Vindhya) appeared covered, as if by forests of blooming kimśuka trees or by (their) flying (sparks). And its blooming aśoka forests were covered as if by the submarine fire (aurva).
