पूर्वदिङ्मुखसामन्तो ज्वरेणास्तमुपागतः ।
मन्ये जेतुं यमं यातस्त्वयारब्धो जितारिणा ॥ १६ ॥

pūrvadiṅmukhasāmanto jvareṇāstamupāgataḥ ,
manye jetuṃ yamaṃ yātastvayārabdho jitāriṇā 16

16. pūrvadiṅmukhasāmantaḥ jvareṇa astam upāgataḥ |
manye jetum yamam yātaḥ tvayā ārabdhaḥ jitāriṇā ||

16. The feudal lord of the eastern region has succumbed to a fever. I think he has gone to conquer Yama (the god of death), a feat initiated by you, the vanquisher of your foes.

16. השליט הכפוף לך במזרח נפטר כתוצאה מקדחת עזה. נראה כי הלך לכבוש את יַמַה (אל המוות), בהשראתך אתה, המנצח כל אויב.
