उत्तराशाबलाध्यक्षो देवारिभिरुपद्रुतः ।
इत आयाति सबलो भग्नसेत्वम्बुपूरवत् ॥ २१ ॥

The messenger said: 'The commander of the northern region's army, harassed by the enemies of the gods (devāris), is coming here with his forces, like a surge of water from a broken dam.'
