तत्याज दयितां सुप्तामङ्काद्राजा शिखिध्वजः ।
स्वैरं स्वैरं मुखं राहोर्दिशं चान्द्रप्रभामिव ॥ ४४ ॥

44. King Śikhidhvaja (śikhidhvaja) gently and slowly removed his beloved, sleeping wife from his lap, just as Rāhu (rāhu) slowly releases the moon's disk and its lunar splendor (cāndraprabhā) back to its quarter of the sky.
