योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-84, verse-10

चिन्तापरवशो दीनो राज्यं स्वस्य विषोपमम् ।
महाविभवमप्यग्रे नापश्यत्खिन्नया धिया ॥ १० ॥
cintāparavaśo dīno rājyaṃ svasya viṣopamam ,
mahāvibhavamapyagre nāpaśyatkhinnayā dhiyā 10
10. cintāparavaśaḥ dīnaḥ rājyam svasya viṣopamam
mahāvibhavam api agre na apaśyat khinnayā dhiyā
10. cintāparavaśaḥ dīnaḥ (saḥ) khinnayā dhiyā agre mahāvibhavam api svasya rājyam viṣopamam na apaśyat.
10. Overwhelmed by anxiety and despondent, he perceived his own kingdom, despite its great prosperity, as if it were poison. With his mind full of sorrow, he could no longer see its value.
