योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-84, verse-26

अप्राप्तकालं नृपतेः प्रजापालनमुज्झतः ।
राजन्यस्यैव रन्ध्रस्य महदेनो भविष्यति ॥ २६ ॥
aprāptakālaṃ nṛpateḥ prajāpālanamujjhataḥ ,
rājanyasyaiva randhrasya mahadeno bhaviṣyati 26

rājanyasya eva randhrasya mahat enaḥ bhaviṣyati

26. For a king who abandons the protection of his subjects at an inappropriate time, a great sin (enas) will indeed arise, which will become a serious vulnerability (randhra) for that ruler (rājanya).
