योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-84, verse-27

अप्राप्तकारिणं भूपं रोधयन्ति च वै प्रजाः ।
रोधयन्ति ह्यकार्येभ्यः प्रभुं भृत्याः परस्परम् ॥ २७ ॥
aprāptakāriṇaṃ bhūpaṃ rodhayanti ca vai prajāḥ ,
rodhayanti hyakāryebhyaḥ prabhuṃ bhṛtyāḥ parasparam 27
