योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-31, verse-47

वात्यायामुपशान्तायां रजो न परिकम्पते ।
यत्र प्राणो मरुद्याति मनस्तत्रैव तिष्ठति ॥ ४७ ॥

47. When the whirlwind (vātyā) has subsided, dust (rajas) does not tremble. Where the vital breath (prāṇa) moves as wind, there the mind (manas) remains fixed.
