कर्ममयीर्वासनामयीर्मनोमयीश्चिनोति दर्शयति विभर्ति जनयति क्षिपयति चेति ॥ ५ ॥

Similarly, the compact mass of consciousness (ciddhana), having perceived the mind, thereby gathers, displays, sustains, generates, and dissolves all powers (śakti) – those consisting of action (karma), those consisting of latent impressions (vāsanā), and those consisting of mind.
