श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
राजपुत्र ब्रह्मतत्त्वमेवेदमावर्तते यस्मात्सर्वशक्ति तत्तस्मात्सर्वाः शक्तयो ब्रह्मणि दृश्यन्ते ॥ २ ॥

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: O Prince, it is indeed this very essence of Brahman (brahman) that manifests itself. Since that [Brahman (brahman)] possesses all power (śakti), therefore all powers (śakti) are observed within Brahman (brahman).
