saḥ kevalam tārakāḥ kusumarāśayaḥ iva kadācit prakaṭāḥ,

In ultimate reality (paramārthataḥ), the Lord (Bhagavān) remains faultless in the perceptions of all beings. He is indeed the creator of what has been destroyed, and likewise the destroyer of what has been created. He is merely like clusters of stars or flowers, sometimes fully manifest, sometimes subtly manifest, and sometimes unmanifest.
