योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-86, verse-8

तेपतुस्तौ तपो घोरं जलाहारौ तरुस्थिती ।
एकं पानीयचुलकं पीत्वा दिवसपर्यये ॥ ८ ॥
tepatustau tapo ghoraṃ jalāhārau tarusthitī ,
ekaṃ pānīyaculakaṃ pītvā divasaparyaye 8

ekam pānīya-culakam pītvā divasa-paryaye
