योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-86, verse-33

ऊचुश्चेदं कथं तात सर्वदुःखोपमार्जनम् ।
पद्मासनं जगत्पूज्यं विरञ्चित्वमवाप्नुमः ॥ ३३ ॥
ūcuścedaṃ kathaṃ tāta sarvaduḥkhopamārjanam ,
padmāsanaṃ jagatpūjyaṃ virañcitvamavāpnumaḥ 33
33. ūcuḥ ca idam katham tāta sarvaduḥkhopamārjanam
padmāsanam jagatpūjyam virañcitvam avāpnumaḥ
33. ca idam ūcuḥ tāta katham sarvaduḥkhopamārjanam
jagatpūjyam padmāsanam virañcitvam avāpnumaḥ
33. And they asked, "O father, how can we attain the state of being Viriñca (Brahmā), who is revered by the world, seated on a lotus, and who removes all sorrows?"
