अङ्कुरस्य यथा पत्रलतापुष्पफलश्रियः ।
मनसोऽस्य तथा जाग्रत्स्वप्नविभ्रमभूमयः ॥ ४६ ॥

manaso'sya tathā jāgratsvapnavibhramabhūmayaḥ 46

46. Just as the splendors of leaves, vines, flowers, and fruits belong to a sprout, similarly, the realms of waking, dream, and delusion belong to this mind (manas).

46. כפי שהנבט מכיל בתוכו את יופיים של העלים, המטפסים, הפרחים והפירות, כך מחזיקה החשיבה בתוכה את כל עולמות האשליה של הערות והחלום.
