मृत्युदस्त्वष्टमस्थोऽपि सौरेणार्केण वा युतः ॥६॥

6. pāpekṣito yuto bhaumo lagnago na śubhekṣitaḥ .

If Mars is in the ascendant (lagna), and is either aspected by malefic planets or conjoined with them, and is not aspected by benefic planets, it causes death. Additionally, if Mars is in the 8th house and conjoined with Saturn or the Sun, it also causes death.
