बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-9, verse-22

यद्द्रेष्काणे च यामित्रे यस्य स्याद्दारुणो ग्रहः ।
क्षीणचन्द्रो विलग्नस्थः सद्यो हरति जीवतम् ॥२२॥
22. yaddreṣkāṇe ca yāmitre yasya syāddāruṇo grahaḥ .
kṣīṇacandro vilagnasthaḥ sadyo harati jīvatam.
22. yat dreṣkāṇe ca yāmitre yasya syāt dāruṇaḥ grahaḥ
kṣīṇacandraḥ vilagnasthaḥ sadyaḥ harati jīvatam
22. If a malefic planet is situated in the dreṣkāṇa and also in the seventh house, and a debilitated (waning) Moon is in the ascendant, it immediately takes away the life of that person.
