बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-9, verse-18

क्षीणे शशिनि लग्नस्थे पापैः केन्द्राष्टसंस्थितैः ।
यो जातो मृत्युमाप्नोति स विप्रेश न संशयः ॥१८॥
18. kṣīṇe śaśini lagnasthe pāpaiḥ kendrāṣṭasaṃsthitaiḥ .
yo jāto mṛtyumāpnoti sa vipreśa na saṃśayaḥ.

yaḥ jātaḥ mṛtyum āpnoti sa vipreśa na saṃśayaḥ
18. O best of Brahmins, if a person is born when the Moon is waning and located in the first house (lagna), and malefic planets are situated in the quadrant (kendra) and eighth houses, that person undoubtedly attains death (mṛtyu).
