बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-9, verse-20

पापद्वयमध्यगते चन्द्रे लग्नसमाश्रिते ।
सप्ताष्टमेन पापेन मात्रा सह मृतः शिशुः ॥२०॥

20. When the Moon is situated between two malefic planets and also located in the first house (lagna), and if there is a malefic planet in the seventh or eighth house, then the infant dies along with the mother.
