बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-9, verse-44

पित्ररिष्टं विजानीयाच्छिशोर्जातस्य निश्चितम् ।
भानोः षष्ठष्टमर्क्षस्थैः पापैः सौम्यविवर्जितैः ।
सुखभावगतैर्वाऽपि पित्ररिष्टं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥४४॥
44. pitrariṣṭaṃ vijānīyācchiśorjātasya niścitam .
bhānoḥ ṣaṣṭhaṣṭamarkṣasthaiḥ pāpaiḥ saumyavivarjitaiḥ .
sukhabhāvagatairvā'pi pitrariṣṭaṃ vinirdiśet.
44. pitrariṣṭam vijānīyāt śiśoḥ jātasya
niścitam bhānoḥ ṣaṣṭhāṣṭamarkṣasthaiḥ
pāpaiḥ saumyavivarjitaiḥ sukhabhāvagataih
vā api pitrariṣṭam vinirdiśet
44. One should certainly know of danger to the father for the newborn child (if the previous conditions apply). Or, if malefic planets, devoid of benefic influence, are situated in the sixth or eighth houses from the Sun, or if they are located in the fourth house (house of happiness/comfort), then one should declare danger to the father.
