महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-157, verse-37

अहमेव तु राधेयं मोहयामि युधां वर ।
यतो नावसृजच्छक्तिं पाण्डवे श्वेतवाहने ॥३७॥
37. ahameva tu rādheyaṁ mohayāmi yudhāṁ vara ,
yato nāvasṛjacchaktiṁ pāṇḍave śvetavāhane.

yataḥ na avasṛjat śaktim pāṇḍave śvetavāhane

37. O best of warriors (yudhāṃ vara), I myself delude Karna (Rādheya), due to which he did not unleash his divine spear (śakti) upon Arjuna (the white-horsed Pandava).
