महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-152, verse-39

हयांश्चास्य शितैर्बाणैः सारथिं च महाबलः ।
जघान मिषतः संख्ये भीमसेनस्य भारत ॥३९॥
39. hayāṁścāsya śitairbāṇaiḥ sārathiṁ ca mahābalaḥ ,
jaghāna miṣataḥ saṁkhye bhīmasenasya bhārata.

jaghāna miṣataḥ saṃkhye bhīmasenasya bhārata
39. bhārata mahābalaḥ asya hayān ca sārathim ca śitaiḥ

39. And that mighty warrior, O descendant of Bharata, slew his horses and charioteer with sharp arrows, right before Bhīmasena's very eyes in the battle.
