महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-54, verse-12

तत्रासीत्सुमहद्युद्धं तुमुलं लोमहर्षणम् ।
यथा देवासुरं युद्धं पूर्वमासीत्सुदारुणम् ॥१२॥
12. tatrāsītsumahadyuddhaṁ tumulaṁ lomaharṣaṇam ,
yathā devāsuraṁ yuddhaṁ pūrvamāsītsudāruṇam.

yathā devāsuram yuddham pūrvam āsīt sudāruṇam

12. There was a very great battle, tumultuous and hair-raising, just like the extremely terrible battle between the gods and demons that occurred previously.
