पीडितश्चैव पुत्रस्ते पाण्डवेन महात्मना ।
हित्वा पार्थं रणे तूर्णं भीष्मस्य रथमाश्रयत् ।

43.
Your son, tormented by the great-souled Pāṇḍava (Arjuna), quickly abandoned Pārtha in battle and sought refuge in Bhishma's chariot. Bhishma then became an island (of refuge) for him as he was sinking in that deep (danger).
