महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-45, verse-42

अन्तःपुरेषु च तदा सुमहान्रुदितस्वनः ।
प्रादुरासीन्महाराज पृथां श्रुत्वा तथागताम् ॥४२॥
42. antaḥpureṣu ca tadā sumahānruditasvanaḥ ,
prādurāsīnmahārāja pṛthāṁ śrutvā tathāgatām.

42. And then, O great king, in the inner apartments, a very loud sound of lamentation arose, as they had heard that Pritha (Kunti) had met such a fate.
