महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-51, verse-9

च्यवन उवाच ।
नाहं शतसहस्रेण निमेयः पार्थिवर्षभ ।
दीयतां सदृशं मूल्यममात्यैः सह चिन्तय ॥९॥
9. cyavana uvāca ,
nāhaṁ śatasahasreṇa nimeyaḥ pārthivarṣabha ,
dīyatāṁ sadṛśaṁ mūlyamamātyaiḥ saha cintaya.
9. cyavanaḥ uvāca na aham śatasahasreṇa nimeyaḥ pārthivarṣabha
dīyatām sadṛśam mūlyam amātyaiḥ saha cintaya
9. cyavanaḥ uvāca pārthivarṣabha,
aham śatasahasreṇa na nimeyaḥ.
amātyaiḥ saha cintaya,
sadṛśam mūlyam dīyatām.
9. Cyavana said: 'O best of kings, I am not to be valued at a hundred thousand. Let a fitting price be decided, after consultation with your ministers.'
