महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-51, verse-12

नहुष उवाच ।
अर्धराज्यं समग्रं वा निषादेभ्यः प्रदीयताम् ।
एतन्मूल्यमहं मन्ये किं वान्यन्मन्यसे द्विज ॥१२॥
12. nahuṣa uvāca ,
ardharājyaṁ samagraṁ vā niṣādebhyaḥ pradīyatām ,
etanmūlyamahaṁ manye kiṁ vānyanmanyase dvija.
