महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-99, verse-35

वेदी यस्य त्वमित्राणां शिरोभिरवकीर्यते ।
अश्वस्कन्धैर्गजस्कन्धैस्तस्य लोका यथा मम ॥३५॥
35. vedī yasya tvamitrāṇāṁ śirobhiravakīryate ,
aśvaskandhairgajaskandhaistasya lokā yathā mama.

35. For the one whose sacrificial altar (vedī) is strewn with the heads of enemies, and with the backs of horses and elephants – his realms are like mine.
