महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-83, verse-46

दुर्गतीर्था बृहत्कूला करीरीवेत्रसंयुता ।
नदी मधुरपानीया यथा राजंस्तथा भवान् ।
श्वगृध्रगोमायुयुतो राजहंससमो ह्यसि ॥४६॥
46. durgatīrthā bṛhatkūlā karīrīvetrasaṁyutā ,
nadī madhurapānīyā yathā rājaṁstathā bhavān ,
śvagṛdhragomāyuyuto rājahaṁsasamo hyasi.

46. O King, just as a river possesses difficult fords, high banks, and is filled with karīra and vetra plants, yet its water is sweet – so too are you. However, you are associated with dogs, vultures, and jackals, even though you are truly like a royal swan.
