महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-329, verse-25

तान्ब्रह्मोवाच ऋषिर्भार्गवस्तपस्तप्यते दधीचः ।
स याच्यतां वरं यथा कलेवरं जह्यात् ।
तस्यास्थिभिर्वज्रं क्रियतामिति ॥२५॥

25. tānbrahmovāca ṛṣirbhārgavastapastapyate dadhīcaḥ ,
sa yācyatāṁ varaṁ yathā kalevaraṁ jahyāt ,
tasyāsthibhirvajraṁ kriyatāmiti.

25. Brahmā said to them: The Bhrgu seer Dadhīca is performing severe austerities. A boon should be asked of him so that he may relinquish his body, and with his bones, the thunderbolt should be made.
