सर्वेषां यः सुहृन्नित्यं सर्वेषां च हिते रतः ।

9. O Jājali, he who is always a well-wisher to all, and is devoted to the welfare of all through his actions (karma), mind, and speech—he truly knows the natural law (dharma).
