महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-8, verse-12

धृतराष्ट्र महाबाहो यत्त्वां वक्ष्यामि तच्छृणु ।
श्रुतवानसि मेधावी धर्मार्थकुशलस्तथा ॥१२॥
12. dhṛtarāṣṭra mahābāho yattvāṁ vakṣyāmi tacchṛṇu ,
śrutavānasi medhāvī dharmārthakuśalastathā.

12. O mighty-armed Dhritarashtra, listen to what I am about to tell you. You are learned, intelligent, and skilled in matters of natural law (dharma) and material prosperity.
