महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-199, verse-44

गृहैरादर्शविमलैर्विविधैश्च लतागृहैः ।
मनोहरैश्चित्रगृहैस्तथा जगतिपर्वतैः ।
वापीभिर्विविधाभिश्च पूर्णाभिः परमाम्भसा ॥४४॥
44. gṛhairādarśavimalairvividhaiśca latāgṛhaiḥ ,
manoharaiścitragṛhaistathā jagatiparvataiḥ ,
vāpībhirvividhābhiśca pūrṇābhiḥ paramāmbhasā.

latāgṛhaiḥ manoharaiḥ citragṛhaiḥ
tathā jagatiparbataiḥ vāpībhiḥ
vividhābhiḥ ca pūrṇābhiḥ paramāmbhasā
44. And with houses as clear and pure as mirrors, various arbors (latāgṛha), charming painted houses, and artificial hillocks (jagatiparvata); it was also adorned with various ponds filled with the purest water.
