दिगुत्तराभूदन्येयं पूर्वमेव महीधरः ।
एकैकदेहसंस्थानवीतब्रह्मनिशागमः ॥ ४५ ॥

diguttarābhūdanyeyaṃ pūrvameva mahīdharaḥ ,
ekaikadehasaṃsthānavītabrahmaniśāgamaḥ 45

45. dik uttarā abhūt anyā iyam pūrvam eva mahīdharaḥ
ekaikadehasaṃsthānavītabrahmaniśāgamaḥ

45. iyam uttarā dik anyā abhūt pūrvam eva mahīdharaḥ
ekaikadehasaṃsthānavītabrahmaniśāgamaḥ

45. This northern direction was different; previously, this very place was a mountain. The coming of the cosmic night of dissolution (brahmanišā) passed through the formation of each individual body.

45. רוח צפון זו הפכה לאחרת, וההר הופיע עוד קודם לכן. כך חלפו לילותיו של בְּרַהְמָה (הבורא) בעודני שוכן בגוף זה.
