योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-64, verse-52

सा स्वयं योगसंसिद्धा सुषुप्तादूरभाविनी ।
न गम्या वचसां राम हृद्येवेहानुभूयते ॥ ५२ ॥
sā svayaṃ yogasaṃsiddhā suṣuptādūrabhāvinī ,
na gamyā vacasāṃ rāma hṛdyevehānubhūyate 52
52. sā svayam yogasaṃsiddhā suṣuptādūrabhāvinī na
gamyā vacasām rāma hṛdi eva iha anubhūyate
52. rāma sā svayam yogasaṃsiddhā suṣuptādūrabhāvinī
vacasām na gamyā iha hṛdi eva anubhūyate
52. O Rāma, that (essence), which is perfected by itself through the practice of (yoga) and resembles deep sleep (suṣupti) closely, cannot be expressed by words. It is experienced here, solely within the heart.
