योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-113, verse-25

अप्रार्थितैवोपनता रमणीयाप्यनर्थदा ।
अकालपुष्पमालेव श्रेयसेनाभिनन्दिता ॥ २५ ॥
aprārthitaivopanatā ramaṇīyāpyanarthadā ,
akālapuṣpamāleva śreyasenābhinanditā 25
25. aprārthitā eva upanatā ramaṇīyā api anarthadā
| akālapuṣpamālā iva śreyasā na abhinanditā ||

25. It appears unrequested, and though charming, it brings harm. Like a garland of unseasonal flowers, it is not welcomed by those who seek good (śreyas).
