योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-33, verse-43

अस्मिन्नुद्दामदौरात्म्यदैवनिर्माणनिर्मिते ।
द्विजेन्द्रा दग्धसंसारे सारो ह्यत्यन्तदुर्लभः ॥ ४३ ॥

dvijendrā dagdhasaṃsāre sāro hyatyantadurlabhaḥ 43

asmin uddāma-dourātmya-daiva-nirmāṇa-nirmite dagdha-saṃsāre sāraḥ hi atyanta-durlabhaḥ (asti).
43. O best of Brahmins, in this cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra), which has been created by divine design (daivanirmāṇa) with rampant wickedness, the true essence (sāra) is exceedingly rare to find.
