सिद्धा ऊचुः ।
पावनस्यास्य वचसः प्रोक्तस्य रघुकेतुना ।
निर्णयं श्रोतुमुचितं वक्ष्यमाणं महर्षिभिः ॥ १ ॥

siddhā ūcuḥ ,
pāvanasyāsya vacasaḥ proktasya raghuketunā ,
nirṇayaṃ śrotumucitaṃ vakṣyamāṇaṃ maharṣibhiḥ 1

The Siddhas said: It is proper to hear the final judgment (nirṇaya) concerning this purifying speech, which was spoken by Raghuketunā (Rāma), and which will be elaborated upon by the great sages (maharṣis).
