वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-36, verse-4

स्पृष्टमात्रस्ततः सो ऽथ सलीलं पद्मजन्मना ।
जलसिक्तं यथा सस्यं पुनर्जीवितमाप्तवान् ॥४॥
4. spṛṣṭamātrastataḥ so'tha salīlaṃ padmajanmanā ,
jalasiktaṃ yathā sasyaṃ punarjīvitamāptavān.

jalasiktam yathā sasyam punarjīvitam āptavān
4. tataḥ padmajanmanā salīlam spṛṣṭamātraḥ saḥ

4. Then, as soon as he was touched playfully by the lotus-born (Brahma), he regained his life, just like a plant that has been watered.
