वाल्मीकि-रामायणम् vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-36, verse-14

यदा तु शास्त्राण्यध्येतुं शक्तिरस्य भविष्यति ।
तदास्य शास्त्रं दास्यामि येन वाग्मी भविष्यति ॥१४॥

14. yadā tu śāstrāṇyadhyetuṃ śaktirasya bhaviṣyati ,
tadāsya śāstraṃ dāsyāmi yena vāgmī bhaviṣyati.

tadā asya śāstram dāsyāmi yena vāgmī bhaviṣyati

14. And when he gains the capacity to study the scriptures, then I will bestow upon him knowledge (śāstra) by which he will become eloquent.
