वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-39, verse-61

अधिगम्य तु वैदेहीं निलयं रावणस्य च ।
मासे पूर्णे निवर्तध्वमुदयं प्राप्य पर्वतम् ॥६१॥
61. adhigamya tu vaidehīṃ nilayaṃ rāvaṇasya ca ,
māse pūrṇe nivartadhvamudayaṃ prāpya parvatam.

61. After you have found Vaidehi (Sītā) and Rāvaṇa's abode, you must return once a full month has passed, having reached Udaya Mountain.
