Or even if Saturn (Śani) is in a lunar mansion (ṛkṣa) that forms a trine to that [natal] lunar mansion, one should predict the death (mṛti) of the native (jātaka). Alternatively, one should predict that [death] when Saturn (Śani) is in the zodiac sign (rāśi) corresponding to the remainder after dividing [the result] by twelve (arka), or even in its trine.
