बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-70, verse-39

एवं मन्दादिलग्नान्तं फलान्येकत्र योजयेत् ।
तत्तुल्यवर्षे जातस्य तस्य व्याधिभयं वदेत् ॥३९॥
39. evaṃ mandādilagnāntaṃ phalānyekatra yojayet .
tattulyavarṣe jātasya tasya vyādhibhayaṃ vadet.
39. evam manda ādi lagna antam phalāni ekatra yojayet
tat tulya varṣe jātasya tasya vyādhi bhayam vadet
39. In this manner, one should accumulate the results (phalāni) from Saturn (manda) beginning up to the ascendant (lagna). In the year equivalent to that total, one should predict fear of disease for the native.
