सनैश्चराश्रितस्थानादष्टमं मृत्युभं स्मृतम् ।
तदेव चायुषः स्थानं तस्मादायुर्विचिन्तयेत् ॥३७॥

37. sanaiścarāśritasthānādaṣṭamaṃ mṛtyubhaṃ smṛtam .
tadeva cāyuṣaḥ sthānaṃ tasmādāyurvicintayet.

37. śanaiścarāśritasthānāt aṣṭamam mṛtyubham smṛtam
tat eva ca āyuṣaḥ sthānam tasmāt āyuḥ vicintayet

37. The eighth house from the position occupied by Saturn (śanaiścara) is known as the house of death (mṛtyubha). This very house is also the house of longevity (āyuḥ). Therefore, one should meticulously analyze longevity (āyuḥ) from it.
