बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-70, verse-35

वित्तं कलत्रं भूमिं च तत्तद्देशाद् विनिर्दिशेत् ।
शुक्राज्जामित्रतो दारलब्धिश्चिन्त्या विचक्षणैः ॥३५॥
35. vittaṃ kalatraṃ bhūmiṃ ca tattaddeśād vinirdiśet .
śukrājjāmitrato dāralabdhiścintyā vicakṣaṇaiḥ.
35. vittam kalatram bhūmim ca tat tat deśāt vinirdiśet
śukrāt jāmitrataḥ dāralabdhiḥ cintyā vicakṣaṇaiḥ
35. One should determine wealth, spouse, and land from their respective astrological houses. Furthermore, the wise astrologers should consider the acquisition of a spouse from Venus and the seventh house.
