If a native is born when their birth lunar mansion (nakṣatra) is the third from their father's birth lunar mansion (nakṣatra), they become dependent on their father's wealth. If a native is born with [their chart associated with] the house of the father's actions (karma), they are endowed with qualities similar to their father.
