बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-30, verse-7

शुभग्रहाणां दृष्टिश्चेदुपारूढाद् द्वितीयके ।
शुभर्क्षे शुभयुक्ते च पूर्वोक्तं हि फलं स्मृतम् ॥७॥
7. śubhagrahāṇāṃ dṛṣṭiścedupārūḍhād dvitīyake .
śubharkṣe śubhayukte ca pūrvoktaṃ hi phalaṃ smṛtam.
7. śubhagraḥāṇām dṛṣṭiḥ cet upārūḍhāt dvitīyake
śubharḳe śubhayukte ca pūrvoktam hi phalam smṛtam
7. If the second house from the Upapada (Upārūḍha Lagna) is aspected (dṛṣṭi) by benefic planets (śubhagraha), and that house is in an auspicious sign or conjoined with benefic planets (śubha), then the aforementioned positive result (phala) of complete happiness is indeed declared.
