If the second house from the Upapada (Upārūḍha Lagna) is aspected (dṛṣṭi) by benefic planets (śubhagraha), and that house is in an auspicious sign or conjoined with benefic planets (śubha), then the aforementioned positive result (phala) of complete happiness is indeed declared.
